Farm to table is a trend that has increased over the past few years; many people are finding great satisfaction in growing and cooking their own food and this is definitely the case for students in the Baking and Business Focus Program at Bayridge Secondary School (BSS).
“This is our first harvest season for our little garden,” explained culinary arts teacher Julie Cameron. “It has taken a number of years to get the funding in place and get the facilities on board to create the garden, but now it is flourishing.” Read More…
