Summer lunch plan modelled on school nutrition programs

More than 160,000 Toronto students have access to free or low-cost breakfasts and snacks as part of a national network of school nutrition programs that is fuelling learning and healthy eating habits across the country.

But when school’s out for summer, those programs go on hiatus, too.
