The Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) implements the “Stratégie de positionnement des aliments du Québec sur le marché institutionnel (SPAQMI)”, a strategy which aims to facilitate the supply of Quebec products to institutions (hospitals, schools, etc.)
