Erin is a committed community developer and experiential educator. She is the Executive Director at Roots to Harvest, a not for profit organization in Thunder Bay, Ontario, that uses food as a tool to build stronger connections between young people and the community. Through Roots to Harvest she has worked with local school boards and partner agencies to transform the food that is served in schools and school food environments. 

Erin is passionate about dignified food access and the systems that both prevent and promote equitable access to quality food for all.

Erin lives and works on the traditional territory of the Fort William First Nation, Signatories to the Robinson Superior Treaty of 1850.
