Biography

Elle/shes/her

Florence is a sustainable food counselor at Équiterre. She is committed towards the territorialization of food systems, food sovereignty and agroecological transitions.

She holds a Master’s degree in international studies and a graduate certificate in agroecology. She is also pursuing her PHD in geography where she is studying political agroecology in urban settings.

Florence is a proud foodie and enjoys her freetime by sharing her new culinary creations with her loved ones and exploring her beloved province in the search of the best local foods its communities have to offer (probably with a book in hand)!

Florence resides on the unceded lands of Tiotià:ke, an island that was shared by many nations through history and that is now stewarded by the Kanien’kehà:ka.
