General Information

The Environment Network is a non-profit organization that works with communities, the public, and all levels of government to ensure a healthy and sustainable natural, physical, cultural, social and economic environment. We operate 2 community gardens and a greenhouse that we use to grow food for our community. We also co-manage the Collingwood Youth Centre, which has a commercial kitchen for food programming. We are aiming to partner with schools to increase food skills and education in the form of field trips to the greenhouse/gardens, presentations, workshops, etc. We also are interested in potentially supplying food to schools.
